Cancellation Policy
Last updated: February 4, 2026
The following cancellation terms apply based on your country of residence or the country from which you access the Service.
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle until canceled. You may cancel at any time through your account settings or by contacting support, as described below.
For Customers Outside the European Union
You may cancel your paid subscription to the Service at any time.
How to Cancel
To cancel your subscription:
- Log in to your account and visit the Settings page.
- Click on the Subscription tab and click the Unsubscribe or Cancel Subscription button.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to confirm cancellation.
Alternatively, you may contact our customer support team at hello@kalon.ai to request cancellation.
Timing of Cancellation
Your cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. You will retain access to your subscription benefits until that time. Canceling your subscription will stop future charges, but does not entitle you to a refund for the current period, unless otherwise required by law.
No Refunds
All payments are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law (such as EU or UK consumer withdrawal rights) or where otherwise expressly stated in our Terms of Service.
Free Trials
If your subscription includes a free trial, cancellation must occur before the trial ends to avoid being charged. We will send you a reminder before your trial expires, where required by law.
Confirmation
You will receive a confirmation of your cancellation via email or in your account interface. Please retain this for your records.
For Customers in the European Union
If you reside in the European Union, you have the right to cancel your subscription in accordance with EU consumer protection laws. This section explains how to exercise that right.
Right of Withdrawal (Cooling-Off Period)
If you are a consumer in the EU, you have a 14-day right to withdraw from your initial subscription contract without giving any reason. The withdrawal period begins on the day the contract is concluded (i.e., when you purchase the subscription).
By purchasing a subscription, you expressly consent to the immediate provision of digital services. You acknowledge that you will lose your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal once you access any paid feature of the Service.
If you do not provide this consent, activation of your subscription may be delayed until the withdrawal period ends.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision before the 14-day period expires. You may do so by contacting our support team at hello@kalon.ai. You may use the EU model withdrawal form (provided below), but this is not required.
Effect of Withdrawal
If you withdraw within the 14-day period and you have not accessed any paid features of the subscription during that time, we will provide a full refund.
If you consented to immediate performance and accessed subscription features before withdrawal, we may charge you a proportionate amount for the period of use.
Cancellation After 14 Days
You may cancel your subscription at any time after the withdrawal period. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. No further charges will be made after cancellation, but fees already paid are non-refundable unless required by law.
To cancel, log in to your account and visit the Subscriptions tab of the Settings section to click "Cancel Subscription," or contact us at hello@kalon.ai.
Confirmation
We will confirm your cancellation by email. You will retain access to paid features until the end of the current billing cycle.
Optional EU Model Withdrawal Form
You may use the following form to exercise your withdrawal right:
To: hello@kalon.ai

For Customers in the United Kingdom
If you reside in the United Kingdom, you have the same 14-day right of withdrawal as EU customers, subject to the same waiver provisions described above.
