Age Verification Policy

Purpose

This Age Verification Policy ("Policy") sets out the measures we shall implement to restrict access to our platform to adults only. Although our platform features exclusively computer-generated (AI) adult content with no human performers, we recognize that such content is legally restricted in many jurisdictions. We therefore apply age-verification controls that meet or exceed applicable laws, regulatory guidance, and payment-processor requirements.

Minimum Age Requirement

Access to the platform is strictly limited to individuals who are:

• at least 18 years old; or
• the age of legal majority in their jurisdiction, if higher.

No person below the applicable age threshold may access, view, or use any portion of the platform.

Verification Measures

We implement a tiered verification framework, applied based on jurisdictional requirements and payment-processor rules.

General Measures (Global)

For all users, we implement:

• An age-gate requiring affirmative confirmation of being 18+.
• Technical measures to block circumvention, including device, IP, and geolocation checks.
• A requirement that no adult content—visual, textual, or preview—is accessible before successful age verification in jurisdictions that require verified access.

Where legally permitted, an 18+ Warning Page may be used; however, it will never be used as the sole verification method where stricter age verification is required.

Third-Party Verification Providers

In jurisdictions mandating "robust," "effective," or "verified" age-verification, we use third-party providers that:

• verify age using government-issued ID, electronic identity systems, or equivalent methods;
• comply with privacy, security, and data-minimization standards (e.g., ISO 27001, GDPR);
• provide only a yes/no verification token; and
• do not share underlying identity documents with us.

We do not store government IDs or sensitive identity data.

Jurisdiction-Specific Requirements

United States

We comply with all applicable U.S. federal and state laws and regulations governing access to adult content. Where any jurisdiction requires verified age (as opposed to self-certification), users must complete third-party age verification before accessing any adult material. If a state or locality imposes requirements that cannot be reasonably satisfied, we may restrict or block access to our platform in that jurisdiction. We continuously monitor legislative developments and adjust our controls as necessary to remain compliant.

United Kingdom (Online Safety Act 2023)

For users in the United Kingdom:

• Self-certification is never used.
• "Robust" age-verification methods are applied, consistent with Ofcom guidance.
• Users must complete verified age verification before any adult content is accessible.
• Providers are assessed for effectiveness, privacy protections, and proportionality.

European Union

We comply with all applicable EU and member-state laws governing access to adult content, including requirements arising under the Digital Services Act (DSA) and national child-protection frameworks. Where any EU jurisdiction requires verified age (as opposed to self-certification), users must complete third-party age verification before accessing any adult material. We use independent verification providers that satisfy applicable standards for effectiveness, privacy, and data minimization. If any EU jurisdiction imposes requirements that cannot be reasonably satisfied, we may restrict or block access to our platform in that jurisdiction. We continuously monitor EU-wide and member-state developments and update our controls as necessary.

Other Jurisdictions

• Where local law prohibits adult content entirely, we block access to the platform.
• Where age-verification frameworks are emerging (e.g., Australia, Canada), we will adopt processes consistent with regulator guidance and prevailing industry standards.

Payment Processor & Industry Compliance

We comply with requirements imposed by payment networks (including Visa and Mastercard) and acquiring banks applicable to adult-content merchants. These include:

• Verification before any access to adult content where mandated;
• Use of trusted, independent verification providers;
• Fraud-prevention controls to reduce evasion and unauthorized access;
• Policies ensuring we do not store sensitive identity documents; and
• Technical and operational safeguards to prevent minors from accessing the platform.

Privacy, Data Minimization, and Retention

• We do not collect or store government-issued identification documents.
• Verification is conducted by third-party providers; we receive only confirmation of successful verification.
• Verification tokens are retained only as long as required to comply with applicable law or prevent repeated evasion attempts, then deleted.
• All verification data is processed consistent with our Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection laws (including GDPR and CCPA where applicable).

Attempts to Circumvent Verification

We may do one or more of the following:

• limit access based on IP, device, or region;
• block VPNs, proxies, or anonymization tools where necessary; and
• suspend or permanently revoke access for attempted evasion.

Repeated or intentional misrepresentation will result in immediate loss of access.

Updates and Compliance Monitoring

We actively monitor legal, regulatory, and payment-processor developments across all jurisdictions where our platform is available. We may update this Policy at any time to ensure continued compliance, including imposing additional verification steps or restricting access in jurisdictions where compliance cannot be assured.

User Responsibility

By accessing the platform, you:

• state that you meet the minimum age requirement;
• agree to complete any verification steps required for your jurisdiction; and
• acknowledge that misrepresentation constitutes a breach of our Terms of Service and may result in suspension or termination.
